Aim Labs discloses M365 Copilot zero-click vulnerability EchoLeak

Aim Labs disclosed the zero-click vulnerability EchoLeak in Microsoft 365 Copilot. An attacker only needs to send the victim one email to exfiltrate sensitive data in the Copilot context without the user's awareness. The attack chain consists of three vulnerabilities, which sequentially bypass the XPIA prompt injection classifier, the sanitization of external links and images, and, with the help of SharePoint and Teams URLs, bypass CSP restrictions. Aim Labs calls the core technique LLM Scope Violation and believes that similar design flaws may also exist in other RAG-based chatbots and AI agents. Aim Labs said Microsoft has confirmed that no customers were affected.

AI Voice Agent Pricing: Cost Structure and Planning Methods

The cost of ElevenAgents' AI voice agents consists of three parts: platform per-minute fees, LLM usage, and phone lines, with LLM and telephony costs billed separately at cost. The platform rate for all paid plans is a uniform $0.08 per minute; the free tier includes 15 minutes per month, the Pro plan at $99/month includes 1,238 minutes, and the Scale plan at $299/month includes 3,738 minutes. A plan's concurrent call limit is just as important as its per-minute rate; usage beyond standard capacity is billed at $0.16 per minute.

Mastra Launches Knowledge Shared Knowledge Base for Agents

Mastra has released Knowledge, providing agents with a shared document library organized by pages that can work with signals to bring relevant knowledge into context. Knowledge controls read and write permissions across three scopes: org, resource, and thread. When tools are enabled, agents gain five tools—knowledge_search, knowledge_list, knowledge_read, knowledge_page, and knowledge_note—that can search, read, and write pages. This feature requires @mastra/core@1.82.0 or later and is currently in alpha, so the API may change between versions.

Cohere Retrieval Models Embed 5 and Rerank 5 Now Available on OpenRouter

Cohere's Embed 5 and Rerank 5 retrieval models are now available on OpenRouter, accessible through a single API call with unified billing and no additional SDK required. Embed 5 Pro and Fast share the same embedding space, so you can index with Pro and query with Fast to reduce latency; Rerank 5's scores are calibrated, allowing the same relevance threshold to filter weak context across queries and domains. Embed 5 supports 256 to 2048-dimensional Matryoshka vectors, defaults to 2048 dimensions, and handles up to 128k tokens per request.

Polymorphic Inference: Together AI Uses AI Agents to Self-Optimize Open-Source Model Inference

Together AI has launched Polymorphic Inference, which it calls the world's first production-grade recursive self-improvement (RSI) inference system, having used AI agents to optimize 40+ models on its endpoints. The solution addresses accelerating model releases, architectural diversification, changing traffic patterns, and hardware iterations such as B200 to GB300, replacing statically tuned inference engine configurations with Continuous Compilation.

Cohere Model Vault Launches Third-Party Open Models, Supporting DeepSeek V4.1…

Cohere has launched third-party open models in Model Vault and Model Vault Encrypted, allowing enterprises to run both Cohere's own models and open models such as DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, GLM 5.3 Flash, Gemma 4, GPT-OSS, and Phi on a fully managed encrypted inference platform. Model Vault applies zero data retention to prompts and outputs by default, while the Encrypted version uses confidential computing so that neither Cohere nor cloud providers can see the data. Model Vault is now available in the United States, the European Union, and Canada; the Encrypted version is currently limited to the United States, with support for the European Union and Canada coming soon.

How Amazon Quick integrates structured and unstructured data

Amazon Quick uses the Space workspace to combine unstructured documents in an S3 knowledge base with structured datasets that have semantic descriptions, enabling a single conversational AI agent to automatically determine which type of data to query in a single question and return a merged answer with citations. This solution requires users to have an Enterprise subscription, the S3 bucket must be in the same region as Amazon Quick, and administrators can grant read-only permissions in the console.

How U Mobile Built Agentic Telecom Operations with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore

U Mobile built the AI-Driven Agentic Helpdesk (AiDaH) on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, covering more than 150 operational scenarios across 6 business units, with internal measurements showing fault ticket volumes in key categories dropping by up to 84.5%. The platform uses a six-layer architecture, is accessed through Microsoft Teams, and has 8 specialized agents collaborating via the A2A protocol; about 70% of requests are handled directly by deterministic keyword matching without invoking a model. AiDaH launched in Q3 2026 for 50 L2 call center and store users.

How Indegene Achieved Enterprise-Scale Data Quality Modernization in Life Sciences with an LLM Data Quality Agent

Indegene built an LLM-powered Data Quality Agent within the NEXT Unified Data Platform (NEXT UDP) on AWS, which can generate context-aware data quality rules, perform validation, and produce directly runnable SQL and Python code, all under centralized human-in-the-loop governance. NEXT UDP also provides independent AI Agents such as Data Ingestion, Orchestration, Data Catalog, and SQL Bot Generator, which can be used separately in data pipelines or customized for agent-to-agent communication.
