Pangram Releases Image 1.0 and Image Flash 1.0, Supporting Image and Video AI Detection
Pangram has released the AI image detection models Pangram Image 1.0 and the faster Pangram Image Flash 1.0, with the latter focused on AI video detection. The company claims that Image 1.0 achieves 99.96% accuracy on 1,200 synthetic mirrors generated by 12 frontier image generators, and adds heatmap localization, robustness to editing, compression, and low resolution, with the minimum input resolution reduced from 512x512 to 256x256; Flash 1.0 scores 98.7% on the DF26 benchmark, 29 points higher than the next-best detector, and supports frame-by-frame video analysis as well as Chrome extension and API access.
