Grok @Bot can now call U.S. businesses on users' behalf. Peter Yang used it in a real-world test to negotiate with Comcast, cutting his broadband bill by nearly $500 a year. In the video, the bot responded to the customer service agent's small-talk questions, declined 3 upsell attempts, and used a competitor's lower quote as leverage. He called this feature one of his favorite AI features.
