On November 2, the 2026 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit opened, and Alipay's AHA (Agent Hub Access) multi-terminal agent interconnection solution won the "New Glory" Scenario Award. AHA uses the Alipay App as the anchor for accounts and capabilities, and builds a three-layer interconnection protocol system based on the open-source A2A, MCP, and A2UI protocols, exporting Alipay's government services, transportation, healthcare, life services, and other capabilities to terminals such as phones, car infotainment systems, smart glasses, and large-model apps. The solution was officially released to the public in August this year. Currently, Abao's service capabilities have been exported to 6 types of terminals and deployed in more than a thousand service scenarios, and it has built an ecosystem with more than 20 enterprises, achieving cross-terminal collaboration with 5 major smartphone manufacturers and covering 16 automobile brands on the car side.

打通履约链路 构建跨端智能体协议底座
当前各类智能体多为独立体系，可单独完成交互任务，但缺少标准化协同通路，跨品牌、跨终端难以联动配合，复杂业务流程难以串联。
AHA 以支付宝 App 作为账号与能力锚点，依托 A2A、MCP、A2UI开源协议搭建三层互联协议体系，打通不同品牌、终端智能体之间的调用通路，将支付宝政务、出行、医疗、生活服务等能力输出至手机、车机、智能眼镜、大模型 App 等终端，通过分域授权、数据隔离与端侧加密等技术，保障各主体边界独立互不干涉，兼顾开放互联与隐私安全。
AHA互联支撑多终端智能体协同 落地千余服务场景
AHA 互联方案于今年 8 月正式对外发布。产品层面，依托AHA，车机、手机上的智能体可调用支付宝智能体阿宝的能力协同办事：对车载语音说“买张电影票”，车机智能体通过 AHA 把请求交给阿宝，选座、下单、支付直接完成；说“查公积金”，同样可一步唤起多智能体协同办理。目前，支付宝阿宝的服务能力已经AHA输出至6类终端，落地千余个服务场景，这套平台化接入模式，大幅降低终端厂商的适配成本与接入周期。
生态层面，支付宝联合千问、华为、OPPO、比亚迪、蔚来等20余家企业共建多智能体互联协同生态，已实现5家主流手机厂商跨端协同办事，合作厂商份额合计超70%；车端覆盖16个主流汽车品牌，与60余家车企达成定点合作。
落地实践反哺国家智能体互联标准
AHA 在跨厂商、多终端场景下的规模化跑通，为智能体互联建立了可验证的实践样本，也进一步验证了支付宝AI开放平台作为智能体生态基础设施的价值——为行业提供从协议接入、能力调用到场景分发的全链路支撑，持续推动智能体产业走向开放协同。
作为《人工智能 智能体互联》国家标准化指导性技术文件的核心参编单位，蚂蚁集团把这套一线落地经验输入标准研制，推动行业形成统一的协同规则。
业内观察认为，智能体产业竞争重心正从模型能力比拼转向真实场景落地，跨端互联将成为智能服务分发重要入口。多方接入之下，将降低行业开发成本，让用户在各类终端便捷使用民生生活服务。
