WeChat Coral Safe released the 13th phase of its announcement on the phased governance of "AI-altered" videos. In October 2026, a total of 2,037 pieces of related harmful content were cleared, and violating short video content and accounts were dealt with. Examples of takedowns include AI-altered versions of classic film and television works such as "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" and "Water Margin," distorted stories of historical celebrities and heroes and role models, and the cultification and horror-ification of animated characters familiar to minors.

2日，微信珊瑚安全发布《关于“AI魔改”视频阶段性治理的公告（第十三期）》。具体内容如下：根据国家广播电视总局的部署要求，为治理部分账号滥用AI工具，对经典影视剧、动画片等内容进行颠覆性篡改、“魔性”解构与低俗化改编的问题，平台进一步加大对“AI魔改”视频的治理力度，维护网络信息内容传播良好秩序。 经平台巡查发现，个别账号存在违规发布不良导向“AI魔改”视频的行为，根据国家相关法律法规要求以及《腾讯微信软件许可服务协议》《微信视频号运营规范》的相关规定，平台对相关短视频内容和账号进行处置，2026年10月累计清理涉相关不良内容2037条。 下架内容案例： 1、AI魔改《三国演义》《水浒传》等经典影视作品，扭曲原著精神、颠覆角色设定、恶意解构主流共识； 2、AI魔改历史名人、英模故事，歪曲历史、亵渎英雄、误导青少年价值观，伤害民族感情； 3、AI魔改未成年人熟知的动画形象，恶意邪典化、恐怖化的改编内容。 微信将继续落实“AI魔改”视频长效治理工作，进一步提升治理能力，对违规内容和账号进行从严处置，同时也呼吁创作者加强自律，共同守护清朗网络生态。 来源：经济日报
