Gongji Technology Completes Funding of Hundreds of Millions of Yuan, Accelerating Buildout of Distributed Computing Power Network

Gongji Technology announced the completion of a new round of funding totaling hundreds of millions of yuan. Investors include China Internet Investment Fund, Oriza Hua, and Saimu Technology, while existing shareholders Chunhua Venture Capital, Lihe Zhongke, and Xinjin Venture Capital continued to increase their investment. The funds will be used for technology iteration of the distributed computing power network, expansion of the industry ecosystem, and commercialization. The company has participated in the construction of computing power scheduling platforms in Qinghai, Hebei, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and other regions, and has cumulatively served more than 12,000 enterprises and teams, with ARR exceeding 200 million yuan.

11月3日消息，共绩科技宣布完成数亿元新一轮融资，投资方包括中国互联网投资基金、元禾璞华、赛目科技等，老股东春华创投、力合中科、新进创投持续加码。本轮资金将用于分布式算力网技术迭代、产业生态扩张及商业化建设。
据介绍，共绩科技成立于2023年，核心团队源自清华大学，通过分布式算力调度技术连接不同区域、不同类型的算力资源，为AI模型训练、推理及应用提供弹性GPU算力服务。
目前，公司已参与青海、河北、粤港澳大湾区等多地算力调度平台建设，累计服务超1.2万家企业及团队，合作方包括智谱、面壁智能、腾讯等。据公司披露，其年收入增幅超800%，ARR超过2亿元。
此外，公司正布局算电协同，并探索车载算力、太空算力等新型算力形态。
